Job Title: Senior Immigration Consultant

Location: Janakpuri West, District Centre
Salary: 17k – 22k (Excellent Incentives)

About the Role:

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Permanent Residency (PR), Tourist Visa, and Study Visa processes for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage a team of visa consultants and case managers to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Guide clients through the complete process of PR, Tourist, and Study visa applications – from eligibility assessment to final submission.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members on visa policies, documentation standards, and country-specific immigration laws.
• Maintain updated knowledge of immigration laws, embassy updates, and visa regulations for various countries.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a seamless visa filing process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the immigration and visa industry with a focus on PR, Tourist & Study Visas.
• Proven track record in visa counselling, process handling, and client servicing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• In-depth knowledge of country-specific visa procedures (Canada Express Entry, Australia Subclass, UK Skilled Worker, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
