Qualifications Conduct detailed consultations with prospective clients to understand their immigration goals and assess eligibility. Explain various immigration pathways such as PR Visas, Job Seeker Visas, Family Sponsorship Visas, and more for countries like Canada, Australia, and Germany. Follow up on leads generated through website, referrals, or campaigns and convert them into successful client relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by offering tailored immigration solutions. Maintain and update client records in CRM software with all necessary follow-ups, calls, and notes. Act as a point of contact for resolving queries related to immigration pathways and eligibility. Coordinate with marketing and documentation teams for campaign execution and smooth case handovers.
