Job Description

  • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and walk-ins to explain immigration pathways and visa options.
  • Assess clients’ eligibility for various visa categories (PR, work, study, or visitor visas) based on their profiles.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed clients by effectively communicating the value of services.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure smooth conversion and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the documentation and processing team to ensure timely case submissions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with immigration rules, policies, and program updates for major destinations (Canada, Australia, Germany, etc.).
  • Prepare and maintain reports on daily inquiries, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Participate in team meetings, sales training, and performance reviews to enhance skills and productivity.
