Senior Immigration Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all client inquiries and consultations (via phone, email, and in-person).
• Assess client eligibility for immigration programs (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.).
• Provide accurate advice and customized immigration solutions.
• Prepare and review immigration applications and supporting documents.
• Liaise with clients regularly to keep them informed of application progress.
• Coordinate with internal/external legal teams when required.
• Maintain compliance with immigration laws and procedures.
• Train junior staff (if applicable) and help set operational standards.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and policies globally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in immigration consultancy, legal immigration services, or visa processing.
• Strong knowledge of immigration policies for major countries (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, EU).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Legal, International Relations, or related fields preferred).
• Certification from a recognized immigration body (RCIC, MARA, etc.) is a plus.
