Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Design

• Lead the design and execution of HVAC for high-rise buildings, hospitals, commercial spaces, shopping malls, data centers, and industrial projects.
• Perform Heat Load Calculation, Air flow design, and all related technical services for complex projects.
• Conduct design reviews, ensuring compliance with Indian standards and international codes (ISHRAE, NBC, IGBC, GRIHA, NFPA, ASPE, IPC, etc.).
• Communicate and present design concepts and solutions to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.

Team & Project Management

• Oversee HVAC project teams, ensuring consistent delivery of quality work within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
• Mentor junior staff, providing guidance to help them develop their skills and meet professional goals.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the HVAC Department, setting both short-term and long-term departmental goals.
• Participate in client meetings, establishing and nurturing positive client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance team performance, client service, and design innovation.
• Review project billings regularly to ensure they align with financial goals.

Industry Expertise & Innovation

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems, applying this knowledge to continually improve project outcomes.
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new approaches to design and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:

  Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required) with a professional certificate in HVAC.

• Experience:

  Minimum 6+ years of experience in HVAC.

• Technical Expertise:

  In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, and applicable Indian and international standards.

• Client Interaction:

  Experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Communication Skills:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.

• Project Management:

  Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
