*About Us:*

We are seeking experienced Senior H.R Manager to join our team in Kolkata. As a Senior H.R you will play a key role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

*Responsibilities:*

1. Strategic HR Management

Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Oversee end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles. Establish effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with fairness and compliance. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and motivation.

4. Performance Management & Development

Drive performance appraisal systems and ensure fair evaluation processes.

Identify skill gaps and implement training & development programs.

Support leadership development, mentoring, and coaching initiatives.

5. Compliance & HR Operations

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, and HRIS systems.

Maintain accurate employee records and data confidentiality.

*Requirements:*

AGE : 25-35

• Masters degree in Human Resource Management / MBA (HR) or equivalent.
• 4-8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Exposure to [specific industry: Manufacturing, IT, FMCG, Consulting, etc. customize as per need].
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
• Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and HR analytics
