Role Overview:

To lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth coordination across teams. The role involves documentation, compliance with statutory requirements, and a strong involvement in the overall employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in building a structured and scalable people ecosystem that supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Office Administration:

    Ensure smooth daily office operations, vendor coordination, logistics, facilities management, and workplace maintenance.
  • Payroll & Compensation Support:

    Manage payroll inputs, reimbursements, and F&F settlements while coordinating accurate processing with Finance and respective departments
  • Statutory Compliance

    : Maintain statutory records (PF, ESI, TDS), ensure legal compliance, and support audit documentation.
  • Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle:

    Support hiring, onboarding, induction, training logistics, employee movements, and structured exit processes.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture

    : Coordinate with respective Depts for internal engagement initiatives, communication events, and internal recognition Meets to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Conflict Management:

    Address employee concerns and support resolution through fair dialogue, structured follow-ups, and timely escalation where required.
  • Policy & Documentation Development:

    Draft, update, and maintain HR policies, SOPs and process documents while ensuring proper communication and implementation across teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

•      Masters degree in Business Administration or equivalent field

•      5+ years of experience in HR operations or similar roles

•      Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements

•      Strong understanding of payroll, statutory deductions, compliance, and audit readiness.

•      Experience in Training and Employee engagement

•      Proficient in MS Office and documentation practices

•      Excellent organization, coordination, and communication skills
