As the Senior HSE Business Partner for the Asia & ME Region at APMT, reporting to the Head of Safety and Resilience, you will play a crucial role in driving the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) agenda across the region. Your responsibilities will include: - Act as the Subject Matter Expert in the Center of Excellence (CoE) for HSE, actively engaging in the development and review of global HSE standards, processes, and metrics. - Partner with Regional Leadership to develop and promote an HSE Improvement plan aligned with global priorities and local critical risks. - Drive organizational HSE capability and develop high-value HSE Teams through recruitment, talent development, and performance management. - Coach Operational and Leadership teams to embed HSE into the organization, drive engagement, and ensure continuous HSE improvement. - Lead/participate in Global and Regional HSE Improvement projects, as well as support significant incident response and oversight activities. - Diploma or Equivalent in HSE discipline - 5+ years of experience at a senior level in HSE - Knowledge of LEAN tools and TWI is advantageous - Strong coaching, negotiation, and influencing skills - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and due dates - Ability to work independently and within a virtual team - Excellent group and process facilitation skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - High level of English proficiency (spoken and written) If you require any adjustments during the application and hiring process, special assistance, or accommodations, please contact us by emailing accommodationrequests@maersk.com.,
