Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Workday Analyst to be a valuable addition to our team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in Workday to oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our Workday HCM system. Collaboration with various teams, stakeholders, and leadership will be essential to optimize system functionalities, support business processes, and provide insightful data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: - A university degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience. - 4-8 years of experience in Workday system administration, with a focus on the HCM module. - Experience in HRIS project implementation and/or HRIS consulting. - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex information. - Workday certification(s) would be advantageous. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments. - Strong customer service orientation. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for providing advanced user support, troubleshooting complex inquiries, and offering guidance to end-users. - Manage, configure, test, and implement new functionalities within Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, Reporting, and Talent Management. - Utilize EIB to upload data in bulk. - Configure and allocate new role-based security groups for access management. Key Internal Relationships: - HR Business Partners from all locations. - HR Systems Team. - End users of the Workday system. - Learning and Development (L&D) team.
