Your role will involve overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee data, ensuring compliance with HR policies, supporting audits, and providing guidance to employees on HR processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee onboarding and offboarding for all India offices, coordinating documentation, induction, and exit formalities. - Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to prepare offer letters and employment documents for a smooth candidate-to-employee transition. - Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure compliance with record-keeping standards. - Review, centralize, and update India HR policies to align with local legislation and organizational practices. - Support internal and external audits by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining audit-ready documentation. - Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and processes. - Support employee engagement and recognition activities in India offices to build a connected and inclusive culture. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience supporting audits and maintaining compliance documentation. - Proficiency with HR information systems (HiBob highly desired) and Microsoft Office applications. - Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. - Clear communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and regions. - A proactive and dependable approach, comfortable taking ownership of processes and deadlines.
