Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to employment laws and stay updated on legislative and industry changes.
Lead and supervise HR department operations and staff.
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintain HR documentation.
Administer compensation, payroll, benefits programs, and performance evaluations.
Prepare and file statutory returns: PF, ESIC, PT, and related HR compliance activities.
Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programs.
Provide HR guidance to managers and employees, ensuring strong cross-department collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, training, payroll, and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of HR compliances (PF, ESIC, PT) and statutory filings.
Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.
Excellent communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with HRM software and strong problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated leadership, conflict-resolution skills, and ability to build healthy workplace relationships.
