Senior HR Manager

Experience

• Develop and implement robust, data-driven recruitment strategies to source, attract, and hire high-quality candidates across levels and functions
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing (job boards, social, referrals), screening, interviewing, offers & onboarding .
• Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive talent, including key successor pools and hard-to-fill roles
• Coach, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of recruiters (e.g., TA managers, specialists)
• Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and anticipate future talent requirements
• Communicate with senior leadership, tracking metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and steering continuous process improvement.
• Enhance employer branding via online channels, careers pages, events, partnerships and referral programs
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience: timely updates, structured feedback, smooth offer and onboarding journey .
• Define and track KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline health); generate dashboards for leadership
• Maintain ATS integrity (like BrassRing, Workday, iCIMS); drive process automation and adoption
• Ensure compliance with local labor and internal policies
• Manage recruitment budgets, vendor relationships, and possible executive search mandates

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in international or multi-location hiring .
• Exposure to executive search or recruitment vendor management.
• Employee referral program expertise
• Experience implementing competency-based hiring or AI/talent analytics .
• Experience building diverse and inclusive hiring pipelines.
