A Senior HR Executive plays a pivotal role in overseeing the human resources department, ensuring a healthy and compliant work environment. This role involves managing recruitment, developing HR policies, and supporting employee engagement and retention strategies.

Responsibilities:-

✅ Joining & Documentation formalities
✅ On boarding & Induction✅ Training & Development✅ End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding) ✅ Utilize various job portals, LinkedIn and other sources for talent acquisition✅ Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview rounds✅ Maintain and update recruitment reports and ATS What

✔ Experience in HR domain
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills✔ Proficiency in LinkedIn, Naukri and other job portals✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
