As a Senior HR Executive in Salem, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing HR strategies that are aligned with the company's objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the HR team, driving talent management initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and cultivating a positive organizational culture. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will work to harmonize HR strategies with business goals to enhance the growth and prosperity of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: Strategic HR Leadership: - Developing and implementing HR strategies in accordance with the company's vision. - Providing strategic guidance to senior management on HR-related matters. - Managing the HR team to ensure their objectives align with organizational goals and encouraging their professional growth. Talent Management: - Supervising recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent. - Creating and executing talent management programs, including career development and succession planning. - Improving employee engagement and retention through effective HR practices. Employee Relations and Compliance: - Addressing complex employee relations issues and leading conflict resolution procedures. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. - Conducting investigations and suggesting appropriate actions for disciplinary matters. Compensation and Benefits: - Developing and overseeing competitive compensation and benefits programs. - Conducting market research to maintain competitive and fair compensation practices. - Managing benefits administration and relationships with external providers. Organizational Development: - Leading efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee satisfaction. - Guiding change management processes and supporting organizational transformation. - Designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills. HR Analytics and Reporting: - Utilizing HR metrics to make data-informed decisions and monitor HR performance. - Compiling and presenting regular HR reports to senior management with insights and recommendations. HR Policy and Procedure Development: - Developing and updating HR policies to ensure legal compliance and support organizational goals. - Effectively communicating policies to employees and ensuring consistent application. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a senior HR leadership role. Key Skills: - In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. - Proven experience in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, and employee relations. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in HR software and systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
