Senior HR data Analytics

Position Overview:

• Act as a strategic partner to senior HR and business leaders using data-driven insights. 
• Design and maintain dashboards for headcount, attrition, talent acquisition, compensation, and engagement. 
• Build predictive models (e.g., attrition forecasting) leveraging AI/ML concepts. 
• Ensure HR data governance and compliance with privacy standards. 
• Deliver advanced HR reporting using Advanced Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau). 
• Conduct data audits and troubleshoot system issues. 

Required Skills

• Bachelors/Master’s in HR, Analytics, Statistics, or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in HR Analytics within IT or Product-based organizations, with strong proficiency in Excel/ Workday HCM reporting and dashboards 
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau). 
• Familiarity with Python/R for analytics and predictive modeling is a plus. 
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. 
• Strong consulting and communication skills.
