Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and passionate Senior Holiday Consultants to join our dynamic team in Ettumanoor. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in Domestic, International, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) travel planning. If you have a love for travel and 2+ years of hands-on experience in the industry, this is your chance to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and customize travel packages for both domestic and international clients
• Manage MICE travel operations from planning to execution
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored travel solutions
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, visa agents, and other vendors
• Ensure smooth booking, documentation, and trip execution
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
• Meet and exceed sales targets regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales and operations
• Strong knowledge of Domestic, International, and MICE travel segments
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Proficiency in booking tools, travel software, and CRM platforms
• Familiarity with visa processes, flight and hotel bookings, and travel insurance
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
