Pen Picture of Candidate

The Helpdesk Executive is responsible for providing uninterrupted technical & operational assistance, responsible for L1 & L2 Support, incident resolution, user guidance & escalation management.

Location : Mohali

Qualification : B.Tech/BE/BCA/B.Sc(Comp/IT/Electronics)/MCA

Min. Experience (in Yrs) : 2

 Punjabi Language is must

Role & Responsibility

  • Assist with customer service or client-facing duties, including answering inquiries, providing product information, or supporting account management teams.
  • Identifying issues that require escalation to higher-level technical teams.
  • Provide expert-level support for complex issues that cannot be resolved by Level 1 or Level 2 support teams. This involves troubleshooting, analyzing root causes, and providing solutions to resolve critical system problems.
  • Providing immediate assistance to users with common technical problems, such as login issues, software crashes, or system errors.

Technical Expertise : Customer Management, Domain Knowledge, Issue Management

Skill Set : Active Listening, Empathy, English, Hindi, Regional Language, Team Collaboration, Training Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication
