Role & Responsibility

1. Analyze the business and system requirements from various project documents, including BAR (Business Analysis Report), project scope, and proposals.
2. Continuously assess and improve development processes, tools, and workflows to increase team efficiency, collaboration, and code quality. Advocate for the adoption of new tools, practices, or methodologies when appropriate.
3. Coordinate with all departments to ensure that tasks are completed promptly and meet deadlines.
4. Design user interfaces and wire frames to align with functional requirements and customer expectations.
5. Discuss feasibility, scope, and technical details to ensure requirements are understood by both business and development teams.
6. Document any changes or revisions to the initial requirements. Ensure changes are communicated and approved by the relevant stakeholders.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering on promises and maintaining a high level of service after the deal is closed.
8. Ensure that the technical designs align with the functional specifications.
9. Gather necessary process artifacts such as diagrams, charts, and reports. Collect configuration data from existing systems to analyze current workflows and processes.
10. Gathering user feedback during testing phases.
11. Identify and document dependencies between requirements, ensuring that interrelated components are clearly understood.
12. Maintain clear, documented communication with stakeholders regarding requirement status and updates. Include meeting minutes, email correspondence, and formal reports to keep stakeholders informed.
13. Record any issues, stakeholder constraints, and potential risks associated with each requirement.
14. Review project scope, proposals, and other relevant documents to extract business requirements.
15. Track and document the status of each requirement across various stages of the project life cycle.
16. Verify that configuration data is correctly applied and test results from deployment meet functional requirements.
17. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define features, set priorities, and ensure requirements are met.
18. Work closely with the development team to validate the designs technical feasibility and functionality.
