Senior Hardware Engineer

1 Job Requirements

1. Define hardware platforms and IoT/wireless solutions from concept to production, ensuring scalability, robustness, and alignment across product lines. 2. Experience on low power, high reliability, and secure wireless connectivity (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, NB-IoT, LTE-M, 5G, etc.). 3.Serve as the technical authority for hardware decisions, guiding teams on trade-offs, design approaches, and technology adoption. 4. Provide mentorship and leadership to junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and problem-solving skills. 5. Collaborate closely with firmware, embedded software, RF, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration and superior system-level performance. 6. Work with product management and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective hardware requirements.

Component Selection & Integration:

1. Lead the selection of MCUs, processors, wireless modules, sensors, power management solutions, and RF components. 2. Manage vendor relationships, ensure supply chain viability, and enforce compliance with IoT/wireless standards and certifications.
