Job Description

As a senior hardware board design engineer at A&W Engineering Works, your role will involve utilizing your extensive systems knowledge and ability to grasp high level concepts to quickly realize results in hardware product development cycles. Your responsibilities will include: - Working on various stages of hardware product development cycles - Designing high speed boards - Implementing various protocols such as PCIe, USB3.0, MIPI CSI/ DSI, LVDS, HDMI, DDR3/4, SD/eMMC, NAND, SPI/I2C - Working with peripherals like Image sensors, LCD displays, and flash memory - Conducting timing, pre and post signal integrity analysis, and using simulation tools - Designing board power supply including switching and linear regulators and power supply filtering - Following board design and implementation guidelines along with EMI/EMC aspects - Performing board bring-up, functional testing, DVT measurements, and validation - Utilizing EDA tools like Cadence Orcad, Allegro, Visio, and Altium - Conducting board level testing using lab instruments such as function generator, oscilloscope, multimeter, etc. - Ensuring boards mechanical fitment - Demonstrating excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Collaborating effectively with cross functional teams About A&W Engineering Works: A&W Engineering Works is dedicated to developing and deploying innovative solutions to real world problems.
