Senior Graphic Designer

As a Sr. Graphic Designer/Art Director at Zydus Design Studio, located in Zydus Corporate Office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the creative team. You should be a passionate and detail-oriented individual with expertise in visual storytelling, design systems, and the creation of impactful brand and marketing assets for digital and print platforms. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you work closely with art directors, marketers, content creators, and other designers to bring ideas to life. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and executing original design ideas across various projects such as campaigns, branding, social media, presentations, and packaging. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain brand guidelines, manage projects from concept to delivery, and stay updated with industry trends to ensure high design quality. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 6-8 years of professional graphic design experience either in an agency or in-house. A strong portfolio showcasing versatility, creativity, and attention to detail is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required, while experience with Figma, After Effects, or similar tools is considered a plus. You should possess a deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles, along with strong communication skills to effectively articulate design decisions. As a bonus, experience in motion graphics, illustration, or UI/UX design, as well as familiarity with print and packaging production processes, will be advantageous. You will also be expected to provide mentorship and design guidance to junior team members when necessary.
