About the Role

Zlan Creations is seeking a highly skilled and conceptually strong Sr. Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for minimal, modern design aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creative agency environments and a strong ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals across Digital, Print, Packaging, and Outdoor Campaigns.

This role is perfect for designers who are strategic thinkers, execution-driven, and excited to explore the possibilities of Generative AI tools in design.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute creative ideas across digital, print, packaging, and outdoor campaigns
• Collaborate closely with strategy and creative teams on campaign ideation and visual storytelling
• Maintain high design standards and consistency across all deliverables
• Apply a clean, modern, and minimalist design sensibility that aligns with brand objectives
• Develop and refine designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, ,Photoshop)
• Explore and incorporate Generative AI (GenAI) tools to enhance creativity and efficiency in workflows
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs under tight deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field — only candidates from reputed universities or design schools will be considered
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a creative or advertising agency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media, print, packaging, and outdoor design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and modern design trends
• Familiarity with Generative AI and its application in creative workflows
• Excellent communication, conceptual thinking, and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
