Dear Candidates, We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. This role is not UI/UX-focused instead, youll be working on designing posters, banners, flyers, brochures, social media creatives, and other marketing collaterals . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently in a remote night-shift environment and meeting deadlines consistently. Position: Full-Time Graphic Designer Shift: Night Shift (India Time: 5:00 PM 3:30 AM) Location: Office/Work From Home Experience: 3-4 years Salary: 15000-16000/Month Responsibilities Design posters, banners, flyers, brochures, ads, and social media creatives . Collaborate with the marketing/content team to develop fresh concepts. Adapt designs to different sizes and formats as per requirement (print & digital). Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency. Stay updated with design trends to bring creative ideas to the table. Manage multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail. Requirements Proven experience (3-4 years) as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Should be expert), Canva, or similar tools . Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layouts . Ability to take feedback and make quick revisions. Self-motivated and able to work independently during night shifts. Good communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience in print design (posters, brochures, flyers) . Familiarity with social media content design . Basic knowledge of motion graphics (Adobe After Effects) will be a plus (not mandatory).
