Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at our company, you will be responsible for leading the design team and ensuring the delivery of visually compelling and brand-consistent materials. Your deep understanding of design principles, proficiency in advanced tools, and ability to mentor junior designers will be crucial in contributing to strategic design decisions. - Oversee and manage all design projects, ensuring high-quality and innovative outcomes. - Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity across all design outputs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute designs aligned with business goals. - Train and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance. - Prioritize, schedule, and deliver multiple design projects within tight deadlines. - Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into the workflow. - Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored design solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 3+ years of professional experience. - Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other relevant tools. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, UI/UX, marketing collateral, etc. - Exceptional creativity, visual skills, and attention to detail. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus. - Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
