Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at TZR, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the visual identity of the brand by creating digital and print assets for the Ads & Performance Marketing Agency. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing digital assets for social media Ads and google advertisements, ensuring they align with the brand's philosophy of intelligent, understated sophistication. - Creating visually compelling email campaigns, including promotional emails and brand storytelling newsletters, following scripts provided by the agency. - Crafting high-quality banners, headers, and landing page graphics for the e-commerce platform, as well as static and animated banner ads for digital channels. - Designing typography and graphic overlays for video content to maintain consistency with the brand's minimal and polished style. Moreover, you will be responsible for: - Upholding the TZR visual identity across all mediums by strictly adhering to brand guidelines. - Designing elegant lookbooks, seasonal catalogs, and internal line sheets to showcase the brand's products effectively. - Preparing final print files for physical brand materials such as product tags, labels, and premium packaging elements, ensuring they meet luxury standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5 years of professional graphic design experience in luxury fashion, premium lifestyle, or minimalist design. - Proven ability to work within a minimalist, high-end aesthetic and a sophisticated understanding of "quiet luxury" visual language. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and preferably in motion graphics (After Effects) or web design tools (Figma/Sketch). - Soft skills like exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
