Senior Graphic Designer - Real Estate

Suncity Projects Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its creative team and invites applications from experienced graphic designers with a strong background in real estate design. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in structured layouts, refined typography, and the ability to create design solutions that contribute directly to measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand systems for new project launches and residential/commercial communities
• Design brochures, floor plans, price sheets, kiosks, and site hoardings
• Create social media content, paid advertisements, email headers, and UI hand-offs for landing pages
• Prepare sales presentations, event/launch collaterals, wayfinding systems, and signage toolkits
• Collaborate closely with 3D, video, and sales teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all creative output

Qualifications and Experience

• 5–8 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio in real estate design (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is advantageous
• Comprehensive knowledge of print production, including bleeds, finishes, dielines, and large-format printing
• Strong file management skills, version control, and template organization
• Experience with motion graphics or presentation enhancement (Keynote/PPT) is desirable
