Senior Graphic Designer

Endurance Tec is a fast-growing digital agency based in Navi Mumbai, delivering innovative branding, web development, and digital marketing solutions. We’re on the lookout for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong creative vision and leadership skills to take charge of design projects and elevate our visual presence.

Job Description:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll lead the creative execution for a wide range of projects—from brand identity to digital campaigns. You'll mentor junior designers, work closely with our strategy and development teams, and ensure design quality across all platforms. If you're a creative thinker with solid technical skills and a portfolio that speaks volumes, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of high-impact visual designs for branding, websites, social media, and digital campaigns
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and design strategies aligned with client goals
• Oversee and guide junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams for cohesive brand messaging
• Manage multiple projects with efficiency and attention to detail
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and techniques

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency background preferred)
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, and campaign work
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
