Senior Graphic Designer – Paid & Social Media Creatives

Responsibilities:

* Collaborating with art directors to develop design concepts, layouts, and artwork for various projects.

* Assisting with the creation and production of digital such as social media content, emailers, banners, paid media, and other marketing collaterals (UI UX is plus) 

* Creating and editing images, illustrations, and other visual elements using software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After effect is plus), Canva and Figma 

* Conducting research on industry trends, design techniques, and new technologies to remain up-to-date.

* Contributing to brainstorming sessions and providing creative input for design projects.

* Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Communicating effectively with clients and team members.

* Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

* Work on 2-4 brands simultaneously.

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of relevant experience preferably in a creative advertising agency

* A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in static creatives, GIFs, banners, Emailers and social-first design.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ((Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus).) and Figma, Canva 

* Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

* Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

* Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from art directors.

* Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Should know all kind of static creatives and should know GIF as well 

Preferred:

* Experience working in an agency environment

* Experience with digital media, including social media, paid ads, email marketing, and web design

* Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite software and Ai design tools
