Senior Graphic Designer

Indcan Imports is a rapidly growing international company specializing in the import and distribution of premium consumer products across North America. We own and manage multiple in-house brands, offering high-quality products ranging from household goods to lifestyle and leather accessories. As we expand our e-commerce operations, we are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our global team and contribute to the visual growth of our brands.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Designer with strong expertise in product design, packaging design, and branding for e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, an understanding of market trends, and the ability to produce designs that communicate brand identity effectively.

You will be working remotely and must be available to collaborate during Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Create product packaging designs, mockups, labels, inserts, and related visual materials following Canadian and international e-commerce packaging standards.
• Edit and enhance raw product images to achieve consistent lighting, tone, and color accuracy.
• Develop digital assets for online listings (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) including infographics, banners, lifestyle images, and A+ content.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual content and product lines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to deliver creative design solutions aligned with brand strategy.
• Prepare and finalize artwork for printing and digital publishing.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms, devices, and formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in product and packaging design, eCommerce-focused photo editing and graphic design.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other tools.
• Understanding of printing processes, color management, and packaging material specifications.
• Ability to perform detailed retouching, color correction, and product cleanup.
• Experience designing for A+ content, infographics, and digital ads.
• Excellent creativity and ability to translate ideas into appealing visual content.
• Strong attention to detail, layout sense, and typography skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Additional Assets (Not Mandatory but Preferred):

• Experience in web design, SEO optimization, and content writing.
• Knowledge of social media management and visual content creation for online marketing.

Work Conditions:

• Remote Position – Must be available during Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.
• Full-Time Role – Candidate cannot engage in other jobs or freelance projects while employed with us.
