Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design process across a range of digital and print media. The ideal candidate should be a conceptual thinker, trend-savvy, and capable of transforming briefs into compelling visual stories that align with our brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality output across all platforms.
• Design and develop visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, print materials, packaging, branding, and advertisements.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive visual communication.
• Mentor and provide art direction to junior designers and interns.
• Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with fresh and innovative design styles.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
• Review and improve design workflows, tools, and team efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a professional design environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating diverse design work and creative problem-solving.
• Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX, or 3D design is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
