Senior Graphic Designer

As a graphic designer at our location in Pokharan Road Number 1, Thane (West), you will play a crucial role in creating visually engaging assets that enhance our brand identity and improve user experience. We are looking for a talented individual with a strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail. If you are a male candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, and possess over 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment, we encourage you to apply. In this role, your key responsibility areas will include graphic design and branding, where you will create social media creatives, website assets, and ad graphics while maintaining brand consistency across all designs. You will also develop infographics, brochures, and print materials. Additionally, you will work on website and UI/UX optimization by designing wireframes and UI elements for landing pages and websites, ensuring seamless execution with developers, and optimizing designs based on heatmaps and user behavior analytics. Your tasks and activities will involve designing social media creatives, website assets, infographics, and digital ads to ensure brand consistency across all visuals. You will also design UI/UX layouts for landing pages, websites, and mobile apps, create pitch decks, sales proposals, and presentations, and collaborate with video editors to design motion graphics and animations. It is essential to stay updated with design trends and best practices to deliver high-quality designs. You will be measured based on the number of designs delivered per month, brand consistency score, engagement rate on visuals, website UI/UX improvements, and turnaround time for design requests. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout, as well as experience with digital and print design are required. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment is crucial. If you possess attention to detail, a creative mindset, and strong communication skills, along with knowledge of web design (HTML, CSS) and basic video editing skills, it would be considered a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule in Thane, Maharashtra.
