Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design efforts across our brand. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, a deep understanding of design principles, and proven experience executing across digital, print, and branding platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of the company and mentoring junior designers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation of compelling visual assets for web, mobile, print, and social media. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms. Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to translate strategies into design. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep designs fresh and innovative. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders and clients. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a senior or lead role. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, After Effects is a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work. Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a passion for design excellence. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in branding and identity design. Familiarity with UX/UI principles and web design. Motion graphics or video editing skills. Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment.
