About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Graphic Designer with deep expertise in

Generative AI tools to lead creative production, develop AI workflows, and deliver high-quality

visual content. The ideal candidate has strong traditional design skills combined with hands-on

mastery of advanced AI tools like Photoshop AI, Adobe Firefly, FluxContext Pro, Nano

Banana Pro, Kling AI, Seedance, VEO, Seedream, and other modern AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & AI Content Production

●

Create high-quality graphics for digital campaigns, branding, social media,

websites, and product visuals.

●

Use Generative AI tools for image/video generation, concept creation, product

renders, storyboards, and visual exploration.

●

Refine AI-generated outputs using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

●

Maintain design consistency across all brand touchpoints.

AI Workflow Development

●

Build and optimize AI-powered design pipelines to speed up the creative process.

●

Develop structured prompt libraries for image & video.

●

Experiment with new AI features and train team members on best practices.

●

Ensure high-quality, realistic, and brand-aligned AI outputs.

Leadership & Collaboration

●

Lead end-to-end creative projects from brief to final delivery.

●

Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to understand

requirements.

●

Review junior designers’ work and provide constructive feedback.

●

Manage timelines and ensure all creative deliverables meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

●

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred

●

5+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or brand).

●

A strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated work and traditional design.

●

Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

●

Hands-on experience with the following Generative AI tools:

Adobe Firefly

○

FluxContext Pro

○

Nano Banana Pro

○

Kling AI

○

Seedance

○

Seedream

●

Strong command over prompt engineering for both image and video creation.

●

Solid understanding of design principles: composition, color, typography, and visual

storytelling.

●

Motion graphics experience is a plus (not mandatory).

Nice-to-Have Skills.

●

Basic understanding of UI/UX.

●

Knowledge of social media trends and content formats.

●

Ability to optimize AI workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
