JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Sr. Graphic Designer/Art Director

Location: Zydus Corporate Office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Job Description:
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This mid-senior role is ideal for someone confident in visual storytelling, fluent in design systems, and skilled in crafting impactful brand and marketing assets across both digital and print platforms.
You will collaborate closely with art directors, marketers, content creators, and other designers to bring ideas to life—delivering polished, engaging visual outputs across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and execute original design ideas across campaigns, branding, social media, presentations, packaging, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic input into compelling visuals.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
  • Manage projects from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines and incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to consistently elevate design quality.
  • Provide mentorship and design guidance to junior team members, as needed.

Requirements:
  • 6–8 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma, After Effects, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills:
  • Motion graphics, illustration, or UI/UX design experience.
  • Familiarity with print and packaging production processes.
