Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a passionate and creative Senior Graphic Designer who can not only design compelling visuals but also train students/interns in graphic designing tools and concepts. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills along with the ability to explain design principles and software usage in an engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer:

• Create visually appealing graphics, logos, social media posts, banners, brochures, and other marketing material.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
• Ensure consistency of brand visuals across platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools.

As a Trainer:

• Conduct training sessions on design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and Figma.
• Guide students/interns through hands-on projects and assignments.
• Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and presentations.
• Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Inspire and motivate students to explore creativity and improve their skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic designing.
• Prior experience in teaching/training (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other tools like Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and enthusiasm for mentoring students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,301.37 - ₹40,817.64 per month
