Job Summary:
We re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience to lead creative projects, develop high-quality design assets, and mentor junior designers. You ll play a key role in shaping visual narratives across branding, packaging, and digital content.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality visuals and brand consistency. Create innovative graphics for branding, marketing materials, packaging, and digital platforms. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering skill development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that meet client objectives. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to drive fresh ideas. Present design concepts effectively and incorporate feedback to refine outcomes.

Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and creative leadership. Deep understanding of color theory, typography, branding, and visual storytelling. Excellent communication, time management, and team collaboration skills. Ability to mentor and guide junior designers effectively.
