About the Role:

Senior Golang Engineers

You are expected to demonstrate strong ownership, a product-first mindset, and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the

  design, development, and deployment

  of scalable backend systems and APIs using

  Golang

  .
• Understand product requirements and convert them into robust

  low-level design

  and implementation.
• Collaborate with

  Product Managers

  ,

  Banking Integrations

  , and other tech teams to deliver well-integrated, cross-functional solutions.
• Write clean,

  extensible

  , and reusable code to support easy integration with various banks and gateways.
• Ensure production readiness with appropriate

  unit tests, integration tests, observability

  , and

  alerting

  .
• Own

  on-call responsibilities

  in rotation and lead the resolution of production issues.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and uphold engineering best practices.
• Contribute to overall system architecture and long-term technical roadmap.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 3–6 years

  of experience in backend/web application development.

• Strong proficiency in Golang

  – hands-on experience with writing and maintaining high-quality code.
• Sound knowledge of

  REST APIs

  , web services, and distributed systems.
• Experience in designing and building

  low-level architecture

  for scalable services.
• Exposure to

  cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

  and

  container orchestration (Kubernetes)

  .
• Experience in debugging complex production issues and designing solutions that are resilient and observable.
• Strong sense of ownership and a proven ability to deliver high-impact features with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in

  product-based

  or

  fintech

  companies is highly desirable.
• Experience working with

  payment gateways, banking APIs

  , or other financial systems.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling.
