• Proactive involvement in the design development process of residential projects right from concept stage; Propose/review feasible value engineering options during various design development Stages.
• Coordinate with other disciplines in exploring the options to resolve the design issues• Identify the critical design items/deliverables at each stage of design development and timely accomplish them• Get the design review changes implemented by way of technical workshops/ meetings/Communication with consultants.• Conduct required design and constructability checks and issued the checked drawings as per the schedule• Ensure adherence to laid out policies, standard processes and guidelines by structural designer/peer reviewer.
