JOB OVERVIEW

The Financial Systems Integration (FSI) team oversees our core financial systems (SAP, BW, OneStream), providing leadership on our month-end close and consolidation process and guiding the business and other key stakeholders on our financial systems, data and transactional processes.

Data, process & technology are at the foundation of nearly everything we do. Our ability to fully leverage them to drive decisions & insights, predict future outcomes and maintain efficient processes is dependent on these three things working in concert to meet business needs. The Data Integration analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring this. In this role you will work side by side with members of the Global Finance Capabilities organization to determine how to best serve a global set of stakeholders across our Commercial teams, Strategy & Growth and other corporate finance teams who rely on our core financial capabilities to execute against critical business objectives. You will be accountable for providing critical governance capabilities, as well playing a leadership role in critical enterprise initiatives. Success in this role means becoming a trusted advisor who can be counted on to explain, sustain and evolve capabilities that so many depend on every day.

In this role, you will get exposure to the following experiences: own a significant functional process, govern and execute control activities, and provide leadership to global and cross-functi onal stakeholders. It will also allow you to develop & apply numerous capabilities including financial acumen, process excellence and governance expertise.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Accountable for the oversight of our finance data ecosystem, ensuring key data & process governance and controls are in place and operating effectively.
  • Govern critical processes and controls that are critical to the integrity of both internal management and external reporting.
  • Work with other team members and with Digital &Technology partners to execute effective governance and identify opportunities for evolution.
  • Implement process and system enhancements and improvements as prioritized.
  • Support infrastructure management by leading business testing of core ecosystem functionality during upgrades, cross-functional process changes and more.
  • Provide and sustain foundational end user training tools and support end user incident services support as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of previous applicable experience
  • Deep expertise of GMI financial systems and processes (or similar external experience)
  • Technical aptitude for process, data, systems
  • Foundational knowledge of core accounting principles and financial control requirements
  • Willingness to navigate ambiguity by demonstrating curiosity & perseverance
  • Strong technical and business partner communication skills
  • Process oriented with focus on consistency and integrity
  • Learning mindset, with a desire to continuously improve

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with continuous improvement approaches
  • Experience with SAP COPA (Profitability Analysis module)
  • Experience and aptitude in understanding key interdependencies with core business processes owned by other functions
