Senior Global Finance Data Integration Analyst

Role Overview: As a Senior Global Finance Data Integration Analyst at General Mills, you will be a part of the Financial Systems Integration (FSI) team responsible for overseeing core financial systems like SAP, BW, and OneStream. Your role will involve providing leadership on month-end close and consolidation processes, guiding stakeholders on financial systems, data, and transactional processes, and ensuring effective data integration to drive decisions and maintain efficient processes. You will collaborate with global stakeholders across Commercial teams, Strategy & Growth, and corporate finance teams to execute critical business objectives and become a trusted advisor in evolving financial capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Accountable for overseeing the finance data ecosystem, ensuring governance and controls are in place and operating effectively - Govern critical processes and controls essential for internal management and external reporting integrity - Collaborate with Digital & Technology partners to execute effective governance and identify improvement opportunities - Implement process and system enhancements, support infrastructure management, and provide end-user training and incident support - Lead business testing of core ecosystem functionality during upgrades and cross-functional process changes Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field - 5+ years of relevant experience in financial systems and processes - Deep expertise in financial systems and processes, technical aptitude for process, data, systems - Foundational knowledge of core accounting principles and financial control requirements - Strong communication skills, process-oriented with a focus on consistency and integrity - Willingness to navigate ambiguity, continuous learning mindset, and desire to improve continuously Additional Company Details: General Mills is a global organization with a legacy of 155 years, offering iconic brands like Cheerios, Pillsbury, and Nature Valley in over 100 countries.
