Job Title: Furniture Sales Executive

We are a leading furniture manufacturer with PAN India presence, offering premium and customized solutions for homes, offices, hotels, restaurants, and commercial spaces. To support our rapid growth, we are hiring Sales Executives whose primary role is to convert company-provided sales inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales inquiries provided directly by the company (no lead generation required).
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Provide product details, pricing, and customization options to customers.
- Follow up with inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, or meetings until closure.
- Negotiate and finalize sales deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales in CRM.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development (furniture, interiors, real estate, lifestyle products preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently handle incoming inquiries and convert them to sales.
- Comfortable with using CRM, WhatsApp, and online meeting tools.
- Target-oriented and self-driven personality.
