Senior Functional Consultant

As an ICERTIS Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of ICERTIS product implementations for enterprise customers. Your responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand their requirements, conceptualizing and formulating effective solutions, and ensuring that implementations are completed within the agreed scope, schedule, and effort. You will be responsible for leading requirement gathering, functional design, system configuration, and deployment activities across multiple engagements. Additionally, you will contribute to building internal consulting capabilities within the Professional Services group and provide valuable feedback to enhance the ICERTIS product roadmap based on customer interactions and implementation experiences. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with 6-9 years of relevant experience, preferably with prior experience in implementing Contract Management or Supply Chain applications. You should have a proven track record of successfully delivering on at least three full life cycle enterprise application implementations as a functional consultant. The ideal candidate will possess quick and innovative thinking abilities, with the capacity to interpret trends and patterns from data to drive effective actions towards achieving objectives. An engineering degree from a reputable institute is required, and having an MBA in a related field will be considered a distinct advantage. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for this role, along with strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with client counterparts.
