Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for software development, maintenance, monitoring, and problem resolution of both front- and back-end systems development solutions using tools such as .NET, Relativity, or other eDiscovery applications. You will participate in all phases of projects from inception through to maintenance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality development solutions. Responsibilities: - Create and maintain moderate to highly complex solutions addressing informational and analytical needs of various groups - Manage all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements definition, solution design, application development, and system testing - Analyze end user data needs and develop user-oriented solutions - Maintain documentation for work processes and procedures - Make improvement suggestions and adhere to approved work changes - Collaborate effectively with internal business teams - Provide backup support for work and project efforts - Assist with team planning and growth strategy - Ensure compliance with industry InfoSec specific matters - Participate in major upgrades to systems, platforms, and software - Participate in training on business functionality for system end users - Develop functional unit testing for testing automation Qualifications: - Minimum Education Requirements: - Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field, or comparable business/technical experience - Minimum Experience Requirements: - 7-10 years of application development experience - Proficiency in programming, data management, collection, modeling, and interpretation across complex data sets - Experience in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, and libraries like React Js, Angular, jQuery, and LESS - Knowledge of server-side programming languages like .Net, Java, Ruby, or Python - Familiarity with DBMS technology and caching mechanisms - Ability to design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications with both SQL and NoSQL databases - Ability to coach junior developers in design, development, and deployment of web applications - Rapid learning and adaptation to new engineering tools, languages, and frameworks - Understanding of software development life cycle and testing strategies - Comfortable with Enterprise Integration Patterns, Service-Oriented Architecture, and Microservices - Experience with Stream processing, Event-Driven Architecture, Messaging Protocols, and Data Engineering - Independent work or as part of a team Additional Responsibilities/Details: You will work with minimal supervision, making a range of decisions, escalating to the Manager when necessary, and updating the Manager regularly. You should be adaptable, demonstrate a big picture approach, and learn quickly when working on projects.
