Job Description

Senior Fullstack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

System Architecture:
Lead the architectural design of complex web applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Technical Leadership:
Define coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and enforce best practices in
TypeScript
and Node.js.
Core Development:
Handle complex backend logic, real-time data processing, and database optimization in
MongoDB
.
Mentorship:
Guide junior developers and interns, helping them grow into professional engineers.
Optimization:
Identify system bottlenecks and implement solutions for maximum speed and efficiency.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have):

Expertise in TypeScript:
You must be comfortable writing strictly typed code on both frontend and backend.
Frontend Mastery:
Deep expertise in
React.js OR Angular
(State management, Performance tuning, Custom hooks/directives).
Backend Mastery:
Advanced knowledge of
Node.js
architecture (Event loop, Streams, Clustering).
Database Design:
Expert-level skills in
MongoDB
modeling and performance tuning.

Good to Have (Bonus):

Experience building real-time apps using
Socket.io
or
WebRTC
.
Experience with Microservices architecture.
DevOps exposure (CI/CD pipelines, Docker).
