Senior Full Stack Developer

You are a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in Next.js, Node.js, software architecture, and project management. You have a strong technical background, hands-on experience in full-stack development, and the ability to lead projects efficiently. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing scalable, high-performance software architectures, writing clean and maintainable code using Next.js, Node.js, and related technologies, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, leading and mentoring junior developers, identifying technical challenges and implementing innovative solutions, collaborating with designers, developers, and stakeholders, ensuring secure and high-performing applications, establishing best coding practices, and enforcing documentation standards and agile methodologies. You must possess strong expertise in Next.js & Node.js with at least 2 years of hands-on experience, experience with TypeScript, React, Express.js, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL, proficiency in Software Architecture & Design Patterns, experience in Agile/Scrum project management, hands-on experience with databases such as SQL & NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.), knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred qualifications include experience in Microservices Architecture, knowledge of Headless CMS, Serverless Frameworks, and API Gateways, familiarity with performance optimization techniques for frontend and backend. You should have a Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Next.js and Node.js.
