· Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications.
· Guide and mentor junior developers in best coding practices.
· Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope and technical requirements.
· Oversee code reviews, performance optimization, and deployment processes.
· Manage Docker environments and CI/CD pipelines.
· Integrate AI-based components or third-party APIs to enhance application intelligence.
· Ensure security, maintainability, and scalability in all solutions.
· Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve the development process.
· Strong backend development experience with Laravel – Eloquent ORM, migrations, jobs, events, queues, schedulers
· Strong experience with Docker, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and RESTful APIs.
· Proficient with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
· Solid understanding of system architecture and application scalability.
· Experience with Agile development methodologies.
· Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and understanding of API security (JWT, OAuth).
· Clear understanding of code versioning tools (e.g., Git, GitHub/GitLab).
· Solid knowledge of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
· Experience implementing AI-driven features or integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, or ML-based tools).
· Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
· Prior experience in leading or managing development teams.
· Familiarity with LogRocket for frontend monitoring and debugging.
· Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
