Role:

At least 12 to 15 years of experience and a proven track record leading software development team in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

• the team in solving complex technical and business problems while fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• You will be responsible for helping your team succeed by setting clear expectations, driving delivery, mentoring and coaching engineers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.
• Strong technical expertise. You will need to either have or quickly build technical expertise in the following:
• Experience in Python, Typescript, Node.js
• Experience in front-end web technologies including HTML/DOM/CSS, React, and Typescript
• Cloud hosting services, especially AWS
• Containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes)
• Experience in GraphQL
