As a potential candidate for the position at DG Globalist, you will have the opportunity to be part of the world's first cross-border business mobility ecosystem. With a network that spans over 10 countries and includes over 1,000 founders, including unicorns, soonicorns, and high-growth companies, DG Globalist is on a mission to make entrepreneurship borderless. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of scalable features, encompassing both high-level system architecture and low-level component design. Additionally, your role will involve building and maintaining responsive, high-performing UIs using technologies such as Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Flutter for cross-platform development. Furthermore, you will have ownership of end-to-end backend development utilizing technologies like Node.js, Express, NestJS, Python, MongoDB, and WebSockets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement AI workflows including LangChain, LangGraph, advanced RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector DBs, and fine-tuning LLMs - Optimize data pipelines by performing data cleaning, preparation, and transformation for AI models and decision systems - Work across environments AWS, GCP, leveraging Docker, Redis, and other scalable infrastructure tools - Write clean, testable code and provide mentorship to junior engineers in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns - Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to translate ideas into production-level experiences **Qualifications Required:** - Degree from IIT or other Tier 1 Engineering Institutes with a strong academic foundation in Computer Science, AI, or related fields - 5+ years of full-stack development experience in scalable platforms or products - Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms, with a problem-solving mindset - Hands-on experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Flutter (iOS/Android) - Backend experience with Node.js, NestJS, Express, Python, and MongoDB - Deep understanding of WebSockets, REST APIs, and scalable microservices - Proven experience in AI/ML projects including LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architecture, vector databases, and fine-tuning LLMs - Proficiency in data cleaning, feature engineering, and designing algorithms for complex AI systems - Experience working across cloud infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Redis, and GCP - Strong eye for quality, performance, and clean code, with a habit of writing testable, maintainable code In addition to the above, contributions to open-source AI tooling, experience with multi-tenant architecture or modular SaaS systems, and working knowledge of CI/CD, observability, and security practices in distributed systems are considered nice-to-have qualifications.
