Senior Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and mature Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and ReactJS, who can also independently manage and drive end-to-end project activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical architecture, leading development, coordinating with business teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of one of our key business applications. This is a hands-on technical role with stakeholder coordination responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, ReactJS, and related technologies.Architect backend services, APIs, microservices, and database structures.Ensure high-performance, secure, and reusable code following best practices.Conduct code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and optimization.Ensure proper version control, CICD pipeline usage, and code deployment processes. (GitLabJenkins).Expertise in Database management, especially with PostgreSQL but not limited.

Bachelor s Master s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or related field.Strong academic background preferred.8-10 years of experience in full-stack development.Minimum 3+ years handling technical.Experience in BFSI or enterprise-level application development is an added advantage.Strong exposure to secure coding, compliance, audit-oriented development, and production support.

Required Skills Competencies:Technical Skills:Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful APIs.Proficiency in Angular or ReactJS (experience in both is an advantage).Strong knowledge of JavaScriptTypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.Experience in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL).Strong understanding of microservices, MVC architecture, asynchronous programming.Cloud knowledge (AWSAzureGCP), especially for hosting, logs, monitoring, and security.Experience with Git, CICD pipelines, Docker, and basic DevOps practices.
