As we grow, we’re looking for frontend engineers who treat interface development as craft and care deeply about how users experience what they build. What you’ll be doing Own our React-based frontend, building elegant, responsive components in TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. Work closely with designers to turn Figma files into smooth, production-grade interfaces. Collaborate across product and engineering to implement complete features and user journeys. Help us scale a fast, maintainable frontend architecture with performance and UX in mind. Integrate APIs (REST, GraphQL) to build rich, dynamic applications. Work in a modern stack: React, Tailwind, GitHub Actions, Vercel—and optionally, Next.js if you’re familiar or eager to learn. Review code, mentor teammates, and shape a culture of frontend excellence. Why this role is awesome We’re deeply integrating AI into our development process. That means parts of your workflow will involve working with AI-generated React components —high-quality building blocks produced with precision. But craft still matters. You’ll need the experience to adapt, refine, and build real-world UI from these components that meets our high UX bar. What we’re looking for 5–10 years of professional frontend experience, with deep React expertise and SOLID principles Excellent command of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS. Proven ability to translate Figma designs into polished, responsive components. Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG), performance, and browser nuances. Familiarity with testing tools like Jest and React Testing Library. Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API). Git fluency and familiarity with modern CI/CD tools. Clear communicator, async-friendly, and takes ownership from concept to ship. Bonus points for Exposure to Next.js (SSR, ISR, routing) or a desire to learn it. Experience with design systems or Storybook. Knowledge of Mixpanel, Segment, or feature flagging tools. Cloud environment awareness (AWS, Firebase) or experience with headless CMSs.
